These conditions regulate the purchase of products offered through the website cacaofeliz.org, including food products, merchandise, and periodic subscription services.

Products

Cacao Feliz sells products related to cocoa and chocolate, as well as textile items and merchandise associated with the brand.

The images, descriptions, and colors of the products are displayed as faithfully as possible, although small variations may exist due to screen display or the artisanal production process.

Prices and taxes

All prices shown on the website are expressed in euros (€) and include legally applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated.

Cacao Feliz reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time of purchase.

Payment methods

Orders can be paid for using the methods enabled on the Shopify platform, including credit/debit cards and other compatible payment systems.

Transactions are carried out through secure external payment platforms. Cacao Feliz does not store complete bank details of users.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within national territory by external transport companies.

Shipping costs:

• Free shipping on orders over €50

Shipping costs may be modified at any time and will be clearly displayed before completing the purchase.

Refrigerated and food products

Some Cacao Feliz products require special storage and transport conditions due to their food nature.

The customer undertakes to provide a correct delivery address and guarantee the receipt of the order in adequate conditions.

Cacao Feliz is not responsible for incidents arising from:

• Repeated absence of the recipient.

• Delays attributable to the transport company.

Return Policy

Food products

For reasons of food safety and hygiene, returns of food products are not accepted once delivered, except for:

• Order error.

• Defective product.

• Incident attributable to Cacao Feliz.

In case of an incident, the customer must contact within a maximum of 48 hours from the receipt of the order via the email address indicated on this website.

Photographic material may be requested to assess the incident.

Merchandise and textile products

Textile products and merchandise may be exchanged or returned within the legally established period, provided that:

• They have not been used.

• They are in perfect condition.

• They retain original labels and packaging.

Return and exchange costs will be borne by the customer, unless there is an error or defect attributable to Cacao Feliz.

Subscriptions

Cacao Feliz offers periodic subscription modalities with automatic billing.

Currently, there are subscriptions with delivery:

• Every 2 months.

• Every 3 months.

The subscription will automatically renew according to the selected frequency until the customer cancels it.

Subscription management and cancellation

The customer can modify, reactivate, or cancel their subscription at any time from their customer account.

Cancellation must be made before the next recurring order is processed.

Once the order corresponding to the next cycle has been generated, prepared, or shipped, the cancellation will apply to the subsequent period.

There is no minimum commitment or permanence.

Product availability

All orders are subject to stock availability.

In case of temporary unavailability of any product, Cacao Feliz may:

• Offer an equivalent alternative.

• Issue a corresponding refund.

Intellectual property

All content on the website, including images, texts, designs, logos, illustrations, and graphic elements, are the property of Cacao Feliz or have authorization for their use.

Their reproduction, distribution, or use without express authorization is prohibited.
