Hereinafter referred to as "Cacao Feliz".
2. SWEEPSTAKE PURPOSE
The purpose of this sweepstake is to promote Cacao Feliz chocolate bars and to raise awareness for the social project developed in São Tomé and Príncipe.
3. TERRITORIAL SCOPE AND PARTICIPANTS
The promotion will be valid for individuals over 18 years of age residing in Spain.
Individuals connected to the project or directly involved in the organization, management, or development of the sweepstake are excluded from participation.
4. SWEEPSTAKE DURATION
The participation period will begin on [11/05/2026] and end on [28/02/2027] at 11:59 PM.
Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.
5. PARTICIPATION MECHANICS
Each Cacao Feliz chocolate bar will include a numbered flyer with a unique QR code inside.
Each flyer contains a unique and unrepeatable participation number.
The total number of flyers issued for this sweepstake is 10,000 units.
No additional registration will be required to participate.
The winner will be the person who possesses the flyer whose number matches the number drawn in the official sweepstake.
To claim and validate the prize, it will be mandatory to:
- keep and present the original winning flyer;
- follow Cacao Feliz's official Instagram account;
- contact the organization within the established period.
The organization may request sufficient proof to verify compliance with these conditions.
6. PRIZE
The prize consists of a trip to São Tomé and Príncipe to learn about the origin of cocoa and the Cacao Feliz social project.
7. WHAT THE PRIZE INCLUDES
The prize includes:
- Round-trip flight Lisbon / São Tomé / Lisbon.
- Seven-day stay with accommodation and breakfast included.
- Visits to cocoa plantations.
- Visit to the CECAQ11 cooperative.
- Small workshop on cocoa and the social project.
- Visit to the school where the Cacao Feliz project is developed.
- Sightseeing tours of the rest of the island, with special attention to historical plantations and lost roças.
- Internal travel within the island.
- Cultural immersion and direct contact with the people of São Tomé and Príncipe.
8. WHAT THE PRIZE DOES NOT INCLUDE
The prize does not include, although the organization may assist in managing it:
- Travel insurance.
- Lunches and dinners.
- Personal expenses.
- Fees or costs derived from personal documentation, if necessary.
- Any activity not expressly specified in the "What the prize includes" section.
9. WINNER SELECTION
The draw will take place on [01/03/2027].
The winning number will be drawn using an external sweepstake platform or a verifiable random system that guarantees the transparency of the process.
Additionally, several alternate numbers will be drawn in case:
- the winner does not appear;
- does not keep the original flyer;
- does not meet the established conditions;
- renounces the prize;
- cannot be accredited as a valid winner.
10. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
The winning number will be published on:
- the official Cacao Feliz website;
- Cacao Feliz's official social media channels.

12. CLAIM PERIOD
The winner will have 15 calendar days from the publication of the winning number to claim the prize.
If, after this period, the winner has not contacted the organization, cannot prove possession of the original flyer, or does not meet the participation conditions, the prize may be assigned to one of the alternate numbers.
13. DISQUALIFICATIONS
Entries that:
- present manipulated flyers;
- include illegible numbers;
- use reproductions, copies, photographs, or duplicates of the flyer;
- cannot prove possession of the original flyer;
- do not comply with the conditions set out in these rules;
- attempt to alter the normal functioning of the sweepstake.
The organization reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any entry.
14. RESPONSIBILITY
The organization is not responsible for:
- the loss, damage, or destruction of the flyer;
- the impossibility of claiming the prize due to not keeping the original flyer;
- technical incidents beyond the organization's control;
- changes, cancellations, or modifications derived from force majeure;
- external circumstances related to flights, accommodation, transportation, authorities, weather, documentation, or any other factor beyond the organization's control.
The organization may modify these rules or cancel the sweepstake for justified cause, committing to adequately communicate it.
15. DATA PROTECTION
The personal data provided by the winner will be processed solely for the purpose of managing the validation, communication, and delivery of the prize.
The data may be used to organize the necessary elements of the trip and will not be transferred to third parties except when legally required or when essential for the proper management of the prize.
