Purpose

These terms and conditions regulate the purchase of products offered through the website cacaofeliz.org, including food products, merchandising and recurring subscription services.

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Products

Cacao Feliz sells products related to cacao and chocolate, as well as textile items and branded merchandising.

Product images, descriptions and colours are displayed as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen display settings or the artisanal production process.

Prices and Taxes

All prices displayed on the website are expressed in euros (€) and include all legally applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Cacao Feliz reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products will be invoiced at the price in force at the time of purchase.

Payment Methods

Orders may be paid using the payment methods enabled through the Shopify platform, including bank cards and other compatible payment systems.

Transactions are processed through secure external payment platforms. Cacao Feliz does not store users’ full banking details.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within Spain through external courier companies.

Shipping Costs

  • Mainland Spain: €7
  • Free shipping on orders over €50

Shipping costs may be modified at any time and will always be clearly displayed before completing the purchase.

Refrigerated and Food Products

Some Cacao Feliz products require special storage and transport conditions due to their food nature.

The customer agrees to provide a correct delivery address and ensure proper receipt of the order.

Cacao Feliz shall not be held responsible for incidents resulting from:

  • incorrect addresses,
  • repeated absence of the recipient,
  • delays attributable to the shipping company,
  • or improper storage of the product after delivery.

Return Policy

Food Products

For food safety and hygiene reasons, returns of food products are not accepted once delivered, except in the following cases:

  • incorrect order,
  • defective product,
  • or incidents attributable to Cacao Feliz.

In the event of an issue, the customer must contact us within a maximum period of 48 hours after receiving the order via:

Photographic evidence may be requested to assess the issue.

Merchandising and Textile Products

Textile and merchandising products may be exchanged or returned within the legally established period provided that:

  • they have not been used,
  • they are in perfect condition,
  • and retain their original tags and packaging.

Return and exchange shipping costs shall be borne by the customer unless the issue is attributable to Cacao Feliz.

Subscriptions

Cacao Feliz offers recurring subscription plans through automatic payments.

Current subscription options include deliveries:

  • every 2 months,
  • and every 3 months.

Subscriptions renew automatically according to the selected frequency until cancelled by the customer.

Subscription Management and Cancellation

Customers may:

  • modify,
  • reactivate,
  • or cancel their subscription
    at any time from their customer account.

Cancellation must be completed before the next recurring order is processed.

Once the order for the next billing cycle has been generated, prepared or shipped, the cancellation will apply to the following cycle.

There is no minimum commitment or permanence requirement.

Product Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability.

In the event of temporary unavailability of a product, Cacao Feliz may:

  • offer an equivalent alternative,
  • or issue the corresponding refund.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, texts, designs, logos, illustrations and graphic elements, are the property of Cacao Feliz or are used with proper authorisation.

Any reproduction, distribution or use without express authorisation is prohibited.

Data Protection

Personal data provided by users will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on this website.

Modifications

Cacao Feliz reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The applicable conditions shall be those in force on the date the order is placed.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law.

In the event of conflict or dispute, both parties shall submit to the courts and tribunals corresponding under current legislation.
