There was a special moment at the Barcelona Food Fair when the master chocolatier of Cacao Feliz, Juan Ángel Rodrigálvarez, founder of Kankel Cacao, spoke about our social project in São Tomé and Príncipe and how to collaborate through chocolate made with the excellent organic cocoa from the island.

The talk took place alongside renowned pastry chef Albert Roca, in a conversation where gastronomy, origin, and social commitment met around cocoa.

Because Cacao Feliz is not only a social project worth supporting. It is also chocolate made by one of the great references in Bean to Bar chocolate in Spain, capable of placing the flavor and quality of São Tomé cocoa in the top leagues of gastronomy.
