EURO-TOQUES and CACAO FELIZ: gastronomy, cocoa, and social change
Last Monday, April 27, we were with the EURO-TOQUES people presenting the Cacao Feliz project during their annual assembly.
It's quite intimidating to talk about São Tomé cacao in front of such renowned chefs using simple, everyday language, but everyone understood something important: we are not just here as a brand, but as a social project.
In addition to confirming the enormous quality of São Tomé organic cacao and the incredible work of Juan Ángel Rodrigálvarez in making chocolate, they decided to support the most important thing of all:
That the children who live surrounded by cacao in São Tomé can finally taste the chocolate that comes from their own land. 😊🍫🇸🇹
